A USPTA Elite Professional and PTR/USTA Coach, Stephan began playing tennis at age nine. He earned a varsity letter and finished high school as team captain and number one player. At West Virginia Wesleyan College, Stephan played in the top three singles positions and doubles, including the number one position. After college, he earned his NCAA Coaches Certification and worked as an Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach in charge of team recruitment and player development for West Virginia Weslyan College. Stephan now leads Apex after a successful banking career and years of youth sports coaching.

Devi has been a vital part of Apex Racket & Fitness since 1998, serving as Social Director and Weekend Lead while helping create a welcoming, community-focused environment.

A longtime leader in Maine tennis, she serves on the USTA Leagues Committee and a proud member of the Maine Tennis Hall of Fame.

Devi also directs numerous adult and junior tournaments throughout Southern Maine, bringing organization, enthusiasm, and deep expertise to every event she manages.

Tracy has been a key member of Apex since 1999 and now serves as the Operations Manager, overseeing front-of-house operations, customer service, and daily facility management.

Originally from Ottawa, she brings strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for all players and guests.

With a background in coaching, program coordination, and team development, Tracy excels at supporting staff and enhancing member engagement. Outside of Apex, she enjoys spending time at the beach in with her dog.

Mike serves as the Director of Tennis at Apex, overseeing all tennis programming, staff development, and instructional offerings.

Since joining Apex in 2019, he has strengthened junior and adult programs through strategic planning, curriculum design, and a commitment to high-quality coaching. A USPTA Elite Professional, Mike brings strong leadership, organizational skill, and a clear vision for player development at every level.

Mike currently oversees Apex’s Tennis Academy program and a number of adult clinics.

Gavin Glider serves as the Head Tennis Professional at Apex, leading on-court instruction, player development, and staff training.

A PTR Professional with multiple specialty certifications, he brings nearly two decades of coaching experience to our programs. Gavin is known for his clear communication, innovative teaching methods, and ability to work effectively with players of all ages and levels.

He also contributes to professional education statewide, supporting coach development through workshops, certifications, and on-court training initiatives.
